As one of the founders of Mission Manpower, she brings a wealth of knowledge and credibility to the table.

She began her journey working with major companies in the construction sector and started her road to entrepreneurship in 1996. Having working her way up from the construction sector to have proudly deployed manpower in almost all the sectors shows the diversity of her experience.

Her enthusiasm & engagement with the clients grasping their requirement and relaying it to the staff which gives astonishing hiring results for the company, fascinated by the results the same employers render our services again and again.

A degree in International Business and overseas work experience of more than 8 years, he has hired and interviewed the maximum candidates in Mission Manpower, overseeing the recruitment of well over 8000+ candidates he has been with us since the start. His experience in vast, his hiring skills are impeccable and his ability to foresee situations makes him essential part of our agency. He is quite mature in all middle east countries visa processing, their documentations and stamping. Having a degree in international business and oversee experience he becomes the bridge between the top management/client and the hiring team, he grasps the essence of the recruitment and relays it to the HR team in the language they can grasp the best, getting the best out of the team ensuring the best results. Screening over thousands of Cvs as per the requirement or job descriptions given by our clients and selecting the best of the best from the lot for the final selection has been his greatest assets.

He has been in the business since 2014, his greatest asset are his public relations skills that he has mastered through both inbound & outbound travelling, he is well informed about the market situation overseas and back home. He is on the move travelling back and forth for client meetings and taking feedback from overseas clints for the recently hired candidates. He holds a master’s degree in business and management from Delhi University and since then he has taken the lead as the marketing head at Mission Manpower. He believes marketing is a touch sport, trust can only be built in person not over calls or email. He is constantly on the move meeting foreign employers seeking agencies in India, discussing with existing clients regarding current market situation, taking note of the new rules keeping both agency and employer in touch and updated.

He is the one who is travelling constantly within India, meeting potential associates, candidates, spreading our network across India, this helps us to be well connected across India to source Manpower from Different locations. He is also arranging for the welcome of our clients and travelling with them as per campaign schedule.

He is also our embassy representative & Visa Process in charge for all Bombay visas.

He is our embassy representative & visa endorsement process In charge. He is responsible for handling documentations and visa procedures, making sure all the paperwork is as per the requirement of related embassies. He has a vast understanding of the visa processing and documentation required for each country and various visa category. In addition to this, he has been involved in organizing many Walk-in-Interviews with foreign delectations.
